Ages 3–16
Youth Football Training Programme 2026/27
The Liverpool FC International Academy (Hong Kong) Youth Football Training Programme is designed for players aged 3–16. Developed by Liverpool's professional coaches, the programme follows "The Liverpool Way" teaching philosophy, aiming to improve each player's physical condition, technique, tactical understanding and teamwork. Coaches regularly assess ability and learning progress, giving appropriate guidance and support to help every player develop their potential and build a strong foundation for the future.
- Age groups: 3–4, 5–8, 9–12 and 13–16 (must be at least 3)
- Designed by Liverpool's professional coaches
- Physical condition, technique, tactics and teamwork
- Regular assessment of ability and progress

Girls Soccer Training Program
The Liverpool FC International Academy (Hong Kong) Girls Training Program is specially designed for girls aged 9–17 who are passionate about football and eager to develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment. Developed by Liverpool's professional coaches, the program follows "The Liverpool Way" philosophy, focusing on improving physical fitness, technical ability, tactical awareness, and teamwork. Through structured training sessions and regular assessments, our coaches provide personalized guidance and encouragement to help each player reach her full potential and build a strong foundation for future success both on and off the pitch.
